Quest West End

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

We had a wonderful stay at Quest West End. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely keen to make our stay special. Good location. Welcoming atmosphere. Spacious rooms with very clean amenities and very comfortable bed. Jess stood out in particular — bubbly, warm, and very informative. On arrival, after we mentioned our love of good coffee, she immediately recommended great local cafes, including Kinky Lizard, which did not disappoint. She also took the time to listen to why we were visiting Perth (for my ECU graduation) and our long weekend of seeing the main sites and attractions. Her tailored sightseeing suggestions made us feel really seen and cared for. Excellent service, thoughtful local knowledge, definitely value for money and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We’d happily stay again.

Plenty of space with all the requirements of an apartment including a washing machine and dryer. The staff at the Quest were really helpful. The location is ideal, close to transport, shops, and cafe / restaurants

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which came with a queen size bed in one room and a twin bed in the other. The apartment also came with a well equipped kitchen that have electric stove, microwave oven, dish washing machine, bread toaster and kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dryer. The toilet and bathroom was separate but it would have been better if the toilet had a washing bidet. Located on Murray Road, the apartment was quite near to Perth high street area and public transport like underground train station and buses. There are plenty of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay for our family trip to Perth.
