Novotel Perth Langley

I was worried when read others review, honestly it wasnt that bad from what I expected. The lobby is nice, the receptionist from German was really nice and helpful (sorry i forgot your name). The room wise is superb, just no handle in the toilet so might be careful especially elders and kids. Location wise is convenient, near with everything and most importantly next to the park and bay. Would comeback here in the future

The location was excellent with a nice view. However, the stay would be more enjoyable if from the reception someone picked up my call to talk with my next room and stopped them from dancing and banging the wall until 12:00am 😡 I did convey my message the next morning but only received SORRY. There could be some compensation as a courtesy.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Hshshdhehnsb jsuendbnzjdndh

The air conditioner is old, the heater is broken, the bathroom is dirty, and the coffee kettle is dirty.

I stayed at Novotel Perth Langley recently and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of empathy and flexibility from the hotel staff. I had a personal loss in my family and requested a change to my booking dates, but the staff were very underwhelming and showed little understanding or compassion regarding the situation. The interaction felt cold and transactional at a time when basic human understanding would have gone a long way. The room condition also did not meet expectations. The shower tap kept falling off during use, which was frustrating and made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. On top of that, the bathtub was chipped and visibly worn, giving the room an overall tired and neglected feel. For a hotel that presents itself as a quality accommodation option in Perth, I expected much better customer service and maintenance standards. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression and I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel but very old. As a good gym and a laundry room so it’s useful while travelling for business.
