Excellent location, service, housekeeping and facilities. Only downside was the noisy construction works nearby or next to hotel. Workers were drilling and knocking during wee hours of the night/morning.

very centrally located, near train station, shopping malls, tourist attractions. our room is at the 2nd floor (highest) and is facing the street and noises even late at night is still very loud. food wise, ok cos most of the time we eat out.

The hotel location is near the Perth Station, Perth Underground Station, CAT, and Tranperth bus stop. Nearby restaurants from Western, Middle Eastern, and Asian food. Ideal for shopping. They met my need to have a quiet room. The room is small. Every day, they did a perfect cleaning. The bed is comfortable. Their reception are helpful and friendly, especially Laura and Tina. Had a wonderful time and will stay again.

Highly recommended for convenience and walking distance from public transport, dining and shopping facilities

Convenient location, convenient transportation and thoughtful service.

This is a great hotel for a traveler! The location is superb, just a short walk from the Perth Railway Station. Only thing is noise cancellation is mediocre, my room facing the main street and you can hear odd shouting through the night.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of CBD, close to shopping, dining, attractions and public transports. A heritage building with a pub/ cafe downstairs and accommodation upstairs. I enjoy the old fashions of the decor, wooden staircases and small rooftop garden. Thanks for upgrading my room to a Queen size bed room with a window facing the street. Generally is clean and tidy. Service is good. Thanks to Mark and all other Receptionists, they were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, walkable distance to train station and city centre. Room quite clean, but occasionally a bit noisy when there are people talking on the corridor.

Old style hotel in such a great area with reasonable price. Recommend!

I don’t recommend this hotel! We didn’t have a good experience with the manager and staff of the hotel. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to a later date which was out of our control. They didn’t accept to 1. refund our first night we booked but we couldn’t use due to flight cancellation or 2. To change the date, so we had to pay for the new night after the rescheduled flight …they saying that this is the policy full stop, no commercial gesture from their end and they are not flexible at all. In addition, the hotel is very old and not that cheap and their location is not good (didn’t feel safe). So I recommend that you look for a hotel chain or others that would be better. We definitely regret to book here based on previous (+) reviews on trip.com!

The location is very convenient, walking distance to both underground Perth and Perth station. Hotel is good size and comfortable enough for stay. Reception staff are generally friendly and approachable. Daily Room Make up is prefect too. Shopping mall, food, supermarkets are just next streets. I will come back again during my next visit.

Everything was very pleasant, the service and location was very wonderful. The lift was very helpful as moving my mum around with the wheelchair was manageable. A couple of steps to cope along the way to the room but still able to move about if you take your time.

Everything was good except for some smoking smell coming out of my hallway

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is good for the CBD and transport links, but the street itself has a fair few empty commercial properties and signs of homelessness nearby. The room was OK, didn't have a room safe. Most of the room was clean enough but the carpet could have done with a thorough steam clean-there were a couple of stains.
