Clean and comfy beds. Even provides bolsters. The buffet was great.
Used the sauna and steam rooms, which were unisex.

Beautiful government building converted to a hotel.
Service excellent, gym and pool quite reasonable.
Not 5 star room wise, more along the country comfort motel style but reasonable, with poor soundproofing and cheap interior.
Restaurant quite good and staff excellent, breakfast the same as most, bacon eggs and a few extras etc.
Not outstanding by any stretch but a comfortable stay.

I am only disappointed that as a 5 stars hotel,they didn't have toothbrush

Room was good after I upgraded to river facing and higher floor however would be good if not charged extra as its same room type/ size.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located in the city, great breakfast buffet. Amazing restaurant where we thoroughly enjoyed are dinner with delicious food. Greast customer service.

Everything about the hotel was perfect!
The room , complimentary wine,meals , the views of the swan river from the room were spectacular.

Purchase the breakfast buffet, and get A$10 discount per pax. Not very special for the breakfast buffet food taste, average.

There's a lot of dust around the bed and very limited choice of food for breakfast. Selected a river view room and got a room on level 9 with another building blocking the view.
In general not recommend others to try this 5 star hotel.
