The hotel is new and clean, with an excellent location and very friendly staff. However, the room was quite noisy at night, as I could hear street noise from outside.

The hotel is worth any penny spent. The rooms are designed to soothe those with physicsl and or psychological ailments with the tea infusions that have sprained in the room. There is a big barth tub, no expenses sre measured when it comes to pleasing customers. The bath tub was comfortable and th3 affirmations around the room made it a really comfortable stay.
Excellent panaromic views of Perth Cbd directly in front and if you look further out the window there is urban regentrified Northbridge. The gym is very comfortable. It compensated for the lack of swimming pool. Othereise, the amneitirs in the room, the design palacated me enough to enjoy my stay.
