The location of the hotel is very good. The room in Perth CBD is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a kitchen, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an induction cooker, and a separate bedroom. The overall accommodation experience is highly recommended.

This hotel is pretty good for a few nights. It's well positioned close to other restaurants and bars etc. The rooms are like little apartments with cooking facilities and a fridge. I didn't know this when booking, so I used the room like a regular hotel. Breakfast is extra and is served on roof terrace and is fantastic place for views over perth. Breakfast is good quality, but poor value. 20 AUD is too much for just continental breakfast. There's no hot buffet food at all. Overall it was OK, but there are lots of other hotels around of better standard. If you don't particularly need the apartment facilities, I'd consider a regular hotel.

We got off to a bad start, NOT the Quest's fault, we booked the wrong room. But that was no problem for the staff of this hotel. Considering the hotel was fully booked, they managed to find us a room that we requested. The hotel staff even moved our luggage, 2 large suitcases, and 2 smaller carry-on cases to the new room while we were out enjoying ourselves in Perth, how good is that. The room we had was a 1 bedroom Executive Apartment, with balcony, on Level 12 which afforded us some nice views down to the Swan River. It was immaculately clean throughout, housekeeping came in each Saturday and left it in pristine condition. The living room was large and airy, big sofa, nice tv. Kitchen facilities were excellent, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. Large dining table for 4 people. The bedroom had a lovely King size bby the wayed, very comfortable. Decent wardrobe space. A safe for your valuables. The bathroom was excellent too, good shower, lots of provided toiletries. The balcony had a small table and two chairs, and was the full with of the living room. On the 18th floor was a bar and restaurant, we only used it once as either we ate out during the day, or cooked in our own room. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent by the way. The staff in this hotel, in my opinion are exceptional. nothing was ever a problem for them, always very welcoming and always a smile, they all seemed very happy doing their job which was nice to see, and would often find time to chat to you if you wished. The hotel is a little way out from the CBD, but its less than a mile and was a good exercise walk each morning. That and the fact it was fully booked, speaks volumes and I can understand if people return to this hotel, it is so good. This could well have been our last visit to Perth from the UK, as we have been 3 times now to Perth, but I can honestly say it was our best hotel experience, and will leave an everlasting feelgood experience with my wife and me. Thank you, Quest East Perth. Hope you continue to provide your excellent service for you future customers. A 5* recommendation from my wife and me.

[Overall] The stay was a relatively pleasant one, despite some areas for improvement. [Location] The aparthotel was quite well-situated. There is a bus-stop a stone's throw from the door, and it was within acceptable walking distance to some of the good food and attractions such as Elizabeth Quay. However, do be mindful if you are driving to the aparthotel as the entrance can be easily missed. [Services] The reception staff were relatively friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping unit might need some improvement in terms of attentiveness. While they have cleaned the place relatively well, they missed on some others e.g. shampoo and shower soap were not topped up, and so on. [Areas for improvement] - If you drive, the car park arrangements are not actually friendly. The car park is situated about 10 minutes from the aparthotel, and slightly uphill. This has caused much inconvenience. While they do have a temporary lot at the premise for a short 5-min stop, it does pose issues when there is an existing vehicle which already took the slot. The management should consider availing the parking at its premise to hotel guests. - While it is an aparthotel, I opined that bottled water could still be provided to guests especially when we first checked-in and had to wait for water to boil and chilled before we could grab some drinks.

Great location, awesome staff and excellent apartment. A pleasant roof top bar with a interesting view of the Swan river. Everything I needed was really well provided by the reception, which are very kind people and always willing to help.

From the Quest East Perth's home page's description we expected some life in the area... ie coffee shops, a bar or cafes, or entertainment in the immediate area. This was not the case and to get a morning coffee required a walk of several blocks. No coffee shop or cafe is located in the premises and they only offer a continental breakfast. If using the property because of the accessible rooms they offer, this would indicate perhaps you might have mobility issues and it would not be easy to just wander around looking for somewhere to get a coffee or other food. The 24/7 type business on the corner is close but is not a coffee shop or cafe. The apartment was nice, very clean, well set up. Staff were pleasant. The only upset was the location which could be best described as being located in a business / commercial area.

We, family of 3 with young boy, stayed 2 nights. It is a decent hotel for travelers with responsive staffs and good surroundings. Location is a bit off from city center/CBD/Kings Park, but it still is an hour of walking distance. Free bus(RED CAT) to Perth station is near by to go to Fremantle, and also direct bus line to there as well. Strongly recommend.

Service is exceptional, our unit is being cleaned and supplies are refilled everyday. My room has a nice view, the staff and receptionists are very accomodating. Thank you Quest, hoping to be back again soon.
