Didn’t know that no one will be at the reception after 6pm.
The tap water was initially yellowish when it was turned on.
We booked the two bedroom apartment and one of the room is without aircon/heater.

Friendly and efficient staff, 5 minutes walk to Perth CBD and the Swan River. All public transport just a short walk away. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful city of Perth

Stayed here 3 nights during a business trip to Perth. Booked mainly because of the amazing photos in the website. What a shock - arrived to a room which looked nothing like the photos - chipped painted surfaces, stained sofa, dirty mouldy bathroom tiles. No washing detergent for the washer (discovered you can buy a packet for $1 when reception is open). The aircon is located in the lounge and the air doesn’t flow well into the bedrooms, thankfully there is a balcony so you can open the door letting in air and unfortunately bugs. I left my three night stay covered in insect bites. Car parking is problematic, you have to rebook parks in site, or you can pay $24 per day for the Wilsons three blocks down. I had an issue with the parking and they did refund one charge after I asked. Overall a very disappointing experience - there are a lot of options for accommodation in Perth. Try them.

Great staff spacious rooms and great location the rooms are like a home away from home the front counter staff are always friendly and helpful.It’s just a short stroll to the city and tourist attractions and hospital is nearby great restaurants in close proximity I can’t fault this hotel

Room was filthy, lounge was stained and had rotting food under the cushions, mattress badly stained, cutlery and cooking equipment was not washed and had old food stuck on them, mini fridge was frozen solid with ice, curtains were hanging off the tracks and joinery was falling apart. Asked reception a few times to attend to the issues but only did a quick vacuum of the lounge and defrosted fridge. We asked to change rooms but were told we could only move during the day when they knew I was at work! Weekly service was for 5 minutes, never once were any surfaces cleaned and we ended up with mould growing on the bathroom floor. Stay away from this place, there are many better in Perth

Parking very limited...the room assigned to us ******* costumers not good it's liked a prison cell...no window ..the wall between rooms not thicker enough needed sound proof...the hotel room needed serious updating...the chipboard dividers splitting up...the washing machine small & no dryer..false advertising about laundry service.

carpets sofas absolutely filthy ,used tissues left in bedside draw.Awning outside on balcony shreaded and mostly gone. Aircon useless and needs one in bedroom not even a fan in there. Bath and shower combination too hard to get in and out of even for adult. No extra rubbish bags provided and you have to take your own rubbish out.Washing machine but no dryer.Hard front entry with stairs no ramp. No one on reception desk except once on my 4 day stay. basement level carpark where bins are no lit dangerous and on top floor with hotel adjacent with a light straight through windows at night curtains inadequate.Only advantage to this property is location seriously needs attention everywhere else.
