The outram is an ideal location in west Perth. Convenient to city by foot or by the CAT free transport Kings park access 5 min walk away In the heart of some great restaurants and cafes .please note small breakfast area located in foyer I stayed in a studio which was ample size with small balcony and huge king bed .

I love a night or two at the Wyndham Perth. Even a studio is tranquil, spacious & luxurious. The comfort level is high & staff couldn't be more helpful every time. My go to hide away for a night alone!

We had one of the the smaller rooms with an unusual layout. The bathroom had no doors, so no privacy. The shower had one screen wall and two glass walls. Nice having two wash basins but hard to share things as they are separated by the shower. No towel rails for wet towels. A large part of the area is taken up with a huge two-person jacuzzi spa. A waste of water and time to fill. Would have preferred a small kitchen, a table and two chairs. Coffee and tea making facilities. Fridge. Only other furniture apart from the bed is a small lounge chair which was used for our second suitcase. No clock-radio or night light. One pleasant surprise, not mentioned in the amenities list, is a very good continental breakfast which you can have in the dining area near the bar. Just contact the staff and they will have it ready for you the next morning at the nominated time. The hotel also have picnic baskets available. Nice for KIngs Park picnic areas.

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff, good facilities, which included occasional use on request of kitchen facilities. Unit space dominated by double spa which took ages to heat and fill, so hardly used, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Major benefit was immediate proximity to one of the five FREE Perth urban bus services - superb & practical, efficient and modern. Staff were excellent in all respects.

Warm welcome and enjoyable stay and the cherry on top is the Red Bus (totally free) stops in front of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and very good quality. We enjoyed E sense café for breakfast and walks in King's Park, which is only a short walk from the hotel

location was close to city and bus access. Staff very nice and nothing is too much problem. Look forward to staying again. We stayed for three nights and had a pleasant stay. Only a continental breakfast available.

Great place fo stay in the quiet end of west Perth. Close to some good restaurants & takeaways. And 5mins walk to Kings Park. The bus that stops 50m from front door is free & stops at most of the city points and attractions, and it’s FREE. Staff were welcoming, but could be better at informing guests about the area.

Great, quiet location with fantastic access to free public transport. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Studio apartment met our needs even if small. Great range of local restaurants. Easy stroll to Kings Park and DFO. Would be very happy to return in the future.

Room is advertised as a studio. But it is really a large hotel room. There is no kitchenette. Only one seat so would not qualify as a studio. Easy solution. Get an extra seat and get a toaster which I suggest for anybody staying here at $7.50 from Kmart. An oversize spa bath takes up a huge amount of room. This is a total waste of space and a small kitchenette and a sitting area would fit in this waste of space. The lack of privacy is also a major issue. Some studios from the door you can see straight into the shower, which could be very embarrassing. All studios have no privacy. If travelling with siblings or friends, do not recommend these rooms at all. From every point in the room, you can see into the shower , there is no way of getting from the shower to the only area of privacy, the toilet, without streaking across the room. Staff are amazing, but that’s does not make up for the room configuration . Are the positive red bus is directly at the door as this hotel is quite out of the city, so the uses of the red bus is needed to get into town.
