Right in the middle of old Perugia, great position. The room was clean and large - lots of it utilised by the large bathtub and sauna. Double sinks were nice, as was the rainwater shower and friendly welcome. We had the double room (#3) with a queen bed but wouldn’t classify it as a suite or apartment as advertised. The kitchen was a small refrigerator, coffee machine, and a double hob - with minimum cutlery and cooking pans. (No oven or microwave). The wash machine was shared with all apartments in a room down the hall - again not as advertised - but modern and efficient. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned, clean towels not offered and no replenishment of coffee and tea supplies (which were minimal to start with). It was also quite loud out our window with the restaurant across the lane way - the only night we got undisturbed sleep was when the restaurant was closed on Sunday. At around 140 Euros per night, we felt like our room wasn’t the best value, although we certainly enjoyed staying in the heart of Perugia village.

Excellent We stayed here on 2 occasions, in 2 different rooms. Both were to a very high standard. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and I will recommend to everyone coming to Perugia. It is also in a fantastically convenient location for the town centre.
