Ferretti Residence Garda Palace

We stayed in this beautiful residence during a short stay at Lake Garda. The apartment is very spacious and modern, well equipped and equipped with every comfort. The staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. The area in which the structure is located is very central to Peschiera and very close to the main parks and entertainment venues. We will definitely return in the summer to also be able to use the swimming pool and linings in the summer at the lake

We stayed in this property in March 2023. We were 4 people and the duration of the stay was one week. What to say? Typical 90s style building with a boom in requests on Lake Garda, don't expect anything modern or with designer furniture, three pieces from a well-known furniture distributor who puts advertising in letterboxes and so on. The sofa bed was awkward. As uncomfortable as the barbecue grill on Easter day if you are a little lamb, with the mattress ending 40 cm before the base. Our complaints were followed by a laconic response "but it's an apartment for 2". Sorry, but if I book you for 4 what do you think? That the other 2 are sleeping in the suitcase? Go on. The pans were missing from the kitchen, which was also noted and never reappeared like the Madonna in Fatima. The guy at the front desk was very willing to let people know about his heart and work problems while on the phone walking around the courtyard for about his entire shift, but we didn't see him go out of his way to solve our problems half the time. Ah l'amour. Last but not least, the rude guests below us made the garden of the apartment below a minefield due to the cave...er, dog they brought with them and which evidently declared war on the holidaymakers. I love the smell of warm manure in the morning. PROS: Clean apartments, furniture kept in good working order. We will definitely not be returning for a 7 day stay.
