Hotel Bella Peschiera

During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. The room was excessively hot and humid, making it extremely difficult to sleep. I went to the reception to request a room change, but I was informed by the staff member that no alternative rooms were available. She also mentioned that the air conditioning was not operational, stating it was due to the time of year (April), and that no manager was available to speak with me. The heat and humidity in the room made it nearly unbearable to breathe, and I had a restless night. Additionally, there was a mosquito in the room, despite the fact that I had not opened any windows or doors. The room was not soundproof, and I could clearly hear loud noises from the room above until around 11 PM. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi did not function properly, continuously displaying a “no connection” message. The toilet seat was unstable and shifted when used, and the shower handle would not stay in place, requiring me to hold it throughout my shower. The following day, I raised these concerns with the manager. However, her response was disappointing. While she did apologize, she also remarked, “What do you want me to do? There is nothing we can do.” She claimed that the heating and cooling systems in the area are controlled by the local police, and therefore, the air conditioning could not be turned on. I initially requested a refund, which was denied. I had to escalate the issue through trip.com, speaking with their staff multiple times. Eventually, the hotel offered a 10% refund, which was minimal considering the circumstances. While I do appreciate the partial compensation, I was particularly dissatisfied with the manager’s attitude and lack of genuine concern or accountability. There were simply too many issues with the hotel, and I hope that steps are taken to improve both the facilities and the standard of customer service.

The worst hotel i have ever visited, no tea bags at breakfast , another morning no plates one cup, another morning no table for us we had to sit in the lounge at a coffee table, basic menu , take it or leave it, no choice of puddings, Caesar salad had a marie rose dressing and the croutons were bread that had went hard , the chicken curry was from a tin with very little curry flavour this was served with green beans that looked like they had been reaheated a number of times, no rice with it at all , disgusting

Bellissima vacanza. Grazie a tutto lo staff dell hotel Bella Peschiera Salutoni a Matteo , Elena, Misha e a tutti voi 😀 Everything was nice: great location, nice room with a big balcony and a.c., nice breakfast, nice food, fine ale and nice wine too 😀

A fabulous hotel. The rooms are very small, 2 adults sharing we had to live from our cases on the floor. No drawers and the safe was on the shelf where the suitcase would sit. A hanging rail above had limited hangars. The hospitality more than made up for the small room. The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The lady on late on reception was great. Gave us lots of tips on things to do and how to get around. Sasha worked tirelessly at breakfast, dinner and on the bar. Breakfast was continental and had a great selection of food. We are in one evening and the steak was amazing! Only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Peschiera with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Literally just up the road from the lake. Would definitely stay here again. Newly refurbished and decorated it looks really clean and fresh. Some photos on the internet are old, doesn't look like the same place now, beautiful!

Without doubt and without exception, their staff are their greatest asset. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone was extremely pleasant. The room we had was more than adequate, with a sunny balcony to rest on after a busy day walking. Breakfast was plentiful and with many choices. If I had one complaint, it was the coffee, but there again, I was underwhelmed by the coffee in other establishments. Perhaps I just dont like Italian coffee?
