The worst stay ever, very unhealthy and smelly place to stay in I had to leave in the first night I arrived. This place should be shut down

Cleanliness is also a mess! No hot water! I booked a room with a window, but they asked me to pay twice as much extra for the room with the window! Over 2 hours of travel from the airport! The TV doesn’t come on! A place with cheap prices! A place I never want to go again!

Until the hotel said full. Then he asked to go to another branch. Luckily there is a room. But it's 40 minutes from the one I booked. The room is reasonable at the price of a budget hotel

A room without a WINDOW! All the air is unventilated, stagnant, there is no fresh air at all, the air conditioner does not help, nothing will ever dry in this room, all the plumbing needs repair, the sink is leaking a lot, it is very damp and humid, this bedside table is a great joke, store it There is no refrigerator in the room, although it is high time to throw it in the trash, there is no kettle in the entire hotel, there are no amenities. It takes an hour to get to the city center, but there is a plus: there is a large metro station nearby

The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. Wasn’t easy to get Grab or a taxi, but there was a nearby MRT station a 15-minute walk away. I would stay there again.

Best hotel..

i book early but when i come to hotel they say they give already to other people..an they give other hotel to me but very poor and dirty hotel.. smell like smoking area..i ask for refund bit they say cannot due to already in system.. when i see review in internet..a lot of cust already become like me...

Disappointing because the hotel said the room was full even though the payment was made on trip.com..we Couldn't spend the night in this hotel And had to go back to kedah that night anyway..I want my money back..very bad hotel..

Given the price when booked and the condition of the room i can say its worth every penny. initially the plan was to stay for 2 night. But we extended to another night. The area is quiet and lots of shop and food stalls in walking distance. Recommended for those who in search for quiet stay after hectic days.
