"Tivemos um pequeno problema no quarto em que ficamos pois o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e só descobrimos isso a noite, porém os funcionários rapidamente nos realocaram para outro quarto, o hotel fica bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Petrópolis, café da manhã muito bom, recomendo a estadia lá"
