Everything was superlative... from booking to departure. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable mattresses, extremely friendly staff, the terrace is phenomenal and the belly soup - one of the best I've ever had. I'm sorry I didn't make it to the jacuzzi. Congratulations!

I'll never recommend such a place. Food was awful, very poor service, they charge more at the location then written on booking or Google. They completely lack profesionalism. Staff is rude, they don't clean the place, you need to eat on top of other people's leftovers. Horrible place!

I was there for an event and slept for the evening.20 minute for the hot water to come out in the bathrooms. The staff Could not care less and they were acting rude like we were a very much inconvenience for them . They even asked us “mai stati mult?”(it translates in a very rude way when are you going to leave?)-this was two hours before the hour set for us to leave. Never again. Thank you

This place used to be good with good service and delicious service. This time the service was unprofessional, waitresses were rushing and food was dry and without any taste. For example pepper steak was served without any sauce and fries were sloppy and greasy. Sad to see popular place going down, but Ayana is not worth of visit anymore.

It's located in a beautiful area. (5 min car ride to the top of the mountains). There is also a mountain chairlift 1 min walk that brings you to the very top. Breakfast: You have 5 choices All delicious. The hotel is SUPER CLEAN! I'm a clean freak and everything was 10/10 Beds were very comfortable. They have a salt cave, jacuzzi, hot bath outside, massage chairs, sauna, table tennis, and pool table on the premises so you won't be bored there. They also let me use the conference room to work remotely. The staff is amazing! very helpful! Dont hesitate and book now!
