Hotel Rivijera

Horrible state of rooms. The hotel is run down looks like hasn't had a repair in decades. Cleanliness is a myth here. I would not recommend. Staff is nice though. Food is not good either. The hotel looks nothing like the picture.

Location was great with beach outside and bars restaurants not far and the atmosphere in the town was lovely as we were lucky to experience a few local end of season festivities, however generally quiet at night. However all the niceties stop there and when we arrived we were going to reception for check in through an unfinished building car park. Check in was also difficult as receptionist could not find our booking and asked us if we had paid and to send confirmation, which was a little disorganised and unprofessional. We were promised a 4 star stay however we got the opposite- we were put on the other side in an unfinished hotel section overlooking another unfinished hotel site and floors were not hoovered. The bed wasn’t set up with 2 single beds as we had requested days before arrival. Draining system was also awful in the shower so flooded the whole floor. The breakfast was bland, tasteless and cold and there was not much choice to begin with. There were choices of nuggets and pizza which was a bizzare choice for a breakfast! We had to seek for food elsewhere which was a shame as we didn’t really factor this in our budget as we’d already paid for the breakfast so not really good value for money in the long run. On the last evening we walked into the “hotel” to find they had taken all the lamps out of our room which was really strange and left them in the hall way. Definitely felt like a cat fish hotel and would not recommend to book a stay at all. However I would recommend Petrovac as a place to visit 100% as it gives for a tranquil and peaceful stay with stunning surrounding scenery and really good day excursions. Every single restaurant in town had amazing and tasty food! 10/10 Petrovac 0/10 for the hotel.

Never go here! The hotel was dirty and there was no cleaning. There were no clean towels in the room or at the pool. The pool was also dirty. No toilet paper in a room or lobby, and the lobby toilet was covered in excrement . The food was grey and cold. We avoided the hotel, ate outside and swam in the sea. The air conditioning was broken and no one cared. The service was bad. I will always remember this as the worst hotel ever.

The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. it has 4 stars and doesn’t deserve two. A pool and Parking in an with unfinished buildings. Absolutely disgusting experience.

So, my husband and I are currently staying here. We arrived on Fridsy 27th September. On arrival ot appeared that they was no booking under our name. After some time, the receptionist found us a room. The room itself is spacious, and on first glance clean and acceptable. However... the room is very tired no door on the shower, cold water! Carpets are worn. On to the food.. I'm not that fussy having travelled extensively world wide, but it really is worse than school dinners, cold food, meat like leather, no hot drinks or water at dinner time. Breakfast is the same, the coffee machine spits out something that resembles coffee! The table cloths are mouldy, and there are hose pipes and buckets in the dining room plus huge cobwebs everywhere! Today I asked at reception if there was a bus to nearby Sventi Stefan, reluctantly she went in her phone to find out. Such a disappointment as the area of Petrovac is lovely. The hotel needs a ton of investment and the staff some customer service training. We have decided to move on tomorrow , and have booked elsewhere for the remainder of our holiday. I will be contacting my holiday provider on my return. There would be more photos but I'll leave that for you to decide.

The worst hotel ever - don't go here, this is money stealing! Terrible service!! Photos you and reality are complitely opposite! Reception service arrogant, not interested and very rude! EXTREMELY DIRTY, bugs in the room, Air-condition and fan doesn't work, no private beach like mentioned, fake receives! You have to go over construction site to the main entrance to the hotel, pool area surrounded with construction site. Green areas not in a good condition - dirty, garbage, smell of garbage... Cats in the restaurant, food poorly and low quality, long wait for meals. And worst of all, they are connected with Police - even if you go to report the hotel, police will say that can't do anything.
