Stay in their executive room which was front side , room size and its interior was very good . Stay wa s average , few things I don’t like: poor room service , you have to ask evey time for spoon tissue or plate for serving, , prices of food are very higher side , nothing is under 500, at the time of billing reception , they are very strict for time of breakfast , when we reached at 9:50 am they were wrapping all and ask us to finish it immediately. Started cleaning and housekeeping in front of us . Most imp At the time of check out reception girl denying to give tax invoice , saying that pls collect from MMT , and in last she forced me to submit five star rating than she provide the bill. , they have small parking of 4-5 cars only , parking staff was very rude and not hv manner how to talk . He forced us to remove car outside immediately after checkout.

Hotel check in process was very slow. Hotel amenities were also very poor. No hand towels, no sleeper, no dental kit. Hallway area was also dirty.
