hotel with breakfast. large swimming pool right on the seashore. staff is not very friendly. when we arrived to check in to the booked room, the staff said that there were no available rooms, although we booked a room in advance. they said that they would check us into a hotel across the street, they spoke rudely. we refused to check into another hotel and insisted that the room was booked. then it turned out that they had a free room and they checked us in. the last time we booked this hotel, there were no problems with check-in and staff

Маленький уютный отель для спокойного отдыха. Номера были все заняты, но в отеле было тихо, создавалось впечатление, что мы одни. При бронировании свободный номер был только с окнами на дорогу. Нам шум улицы не мешал, но лучше брать окна с видом на бассейн. Номер чистый, есть все необходимое. Уборка по запросу ( если требуется уборка, вешайте на дверь табличку). На территории чисто, сад ухоженный, много зелени. Из-за узкой береговой линии берег укреплён бетоном, поэтому в море можно спуститься только когда нет волн. Песчаный пляж в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Завтраки по меню (одно блюдо на выбор и напиток). Бассейн чистый. В шаговой доступности от отеля магазины и кафе. У сотрудников можно приобрести экскурсии, билеты на автобус, арендовать байк.

Многого не ожидали от отеля, отдыхали в такой же ценовой категории отеле рядом. Этот нужен был всего на сутки.
И ключевой момент- это сервисность. Тут он отсутствует напрочь.
Дали номер со сломанной дверью. На просьбу поменять, ответили, что будут чинить. Отель был полностью пустой на момент нашего приезда, кстати.
Час мы просидели в номере, карауля мастера, который в итоге ничего не смог исправить.
После этого номер согласились поменять, но он был.... Грязный!!!! Ещё прождали пока его уберут.
Бассейн начали чистить тоже только после того, как мы пришли загорать.
Пляжа нет и бассейн единственное, где можно искупаться.
Воду, которая заявлена как комплиментари, продали за 12 тыс.
Вроде всё по мелочи, но общее впечатление отвратительное.
Я бы рекомендовала выбрать варианты по соседству.

服務很差，一個不知道是不是前台的女人擺着臭臉，本來我訂的是帶陽台的，她給我帶到一個密閉的一樓房間，我讓她給我換房間她才換！！房間衞生很差，桌面上有很多蟲，水池會堵，沐浴設施很舊很破，總之補葯來！補葯來！

Отель находится на берегу, выглядит современно, красиво, хорошая территория с бассейном. Но! Кровать очень неудобная, пружины упираются прямо в спину. Завтраки скучные, из меню нужно выбрать что-то одно, яичницу, или рис с яйцом.
Также по кровати бегали муравьи.
