Lotus Village Resort Reviews

Lovely stay at Lotus Village. Enjoyed our breakfasts, the sea view and the wave sound. We also stayed in the garden area, very serene and cozy, even though it's across the street. Nice cafes around and everything that you need is nearby.

The hotel's lush green environment is simply unbeatable. Having breakfast right by the sea was a major highlight. The air conditioning in the room wasn't quite strong enough, so we had to use an electric fan as well. For just over 200 RMB including breakfast, the value for money is superb.

The scenery was beautiful, and the location was perfect... The staff were friendly and I had a great time. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Mui Ne.

On the first day of check-in: Another member of our group wanted to store her luggage at the front desk, but they refused (even offering money). They also refused to leave it in our hotel room. Although she wasn't staying at this hotel, leaving her luggage in our room shouldn't have been a problem. She had booked a hotel next door and wanted to share a taxi with us before checking in at her own hotel. Even after explaining this to the staff, they were very rude. Downstairs, a woman and two other women blocked our luggage from entering, their attitude was extremely poor. I understand the need to protect customer privacy, but this was going too far. They weren't helpful with our luggage during check-in either; there was a step that made it difficult to carry it. The check-in process was particularly bad. In short, the hotel environment was okay, but the staff's attitude was not okay; there were no service industry standards. It's fine if you don't interact with the staff.

The hotel is right by the roadside, surrounded by shops and restaurants, which is very convenient. The rooms are also very clean and tidy with no odor. The swimming pool faces the sea, which is great. Thumbs up! 👍

An old hotel with well-maintained facilities and excellent service. It is convenient to find massage and dining nearby. The hotel's breakfast is also good. I will choose Lotus again when I go to Mui Ne next time!

I decided to go to Mui Ne, Vietnam, and stayed at this accommodation. It has a garden and is right by the sea. The picturesque scenery, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff were the best!!

Stayed here for 1 night and it was really boring. Compared to the price of 1 million, I booked a room in Nha Trang which was much better than here. I had to spend an extra night because my friend wanted to take pictures at the resort's swimming pool so I booked the cheapest room. The furniture looked old and the room was gloomy, especially the bathroom. The air conditioner's hot block was located in the bathroom so it was like a fireplace. The air conditioner was not cold even though it was set to 16 degrees. You should book a room with a higher price, it would probably be better.
