P2 Wood Loft

We booked 7 nights at this hotel for a family of 5. I had emailed the hotel beforehand to confirm if an extra bed could be added, knowing it was a room for 4 with the possibility of an additional bed for a child under 12. Upon arrival, we found there were only two double beds. My 12 and 15-year-old children, both over 1.70m tall, along with an 11-year-old, were unfortunately much too cramped to share a bed. The hotel refused to provide an extra bed without an additional charge, even though this was not what had been agreed upon initially. We wanted a refund and to cancel our reservation after two days, but this was also denied. We ultimately decided to leave and lose over 500 euros rather than ruin our vacation in Koh Phi Phi. The hotel looks nice in photos but is far from as pleasant in reality: gloomy hallways and rooms, questionable sheets… I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, especially for families.

I liked that the staff immediately responded and changed our room, as the first one was dark. The entrance door is good; it blocks out the sounds of the pump and generator. The staff are friendly, and it's clean and cozy. The only drawback is that there's no pool.

The hotel is very centrally located, in a great spot, and you get everything you need. The bed was very comfortable.
