B&B hotels are suitable for family type travelers to stay, kitchen utensils should be there, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer. ． · But the hotel location is not very convenient transportation, walk to the subway station bus to have a distance, to twenty minutes. There is no reception so you can't go in and your luggage can't be stored when you arrive early, check-in time at 4pm check-out at 11am, calling to request a little early check-in can't. It was not until 4pm the check-in time to receive an email informing the door and room door password, this stay was not ideal!

Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the home could use some improvement in cleanliness. There was also an issue with the entry code at check-in, though it was resolved quickly. While the stay was decent, it didn’t fully meet expectations.

Never even got through the door. It was locked. When i contacted the property. They were very unhelpful and sent me a difficult form to fill out in text. I'm 50 years old and don't know how to do that stuff. Especially after 8 hours of driving. There is no safe parking. It's in a very busy and noisy neighborhood in the city. Best hotel I never stayed at and got charged for it anyway. I refuse to stay where I don't feel safe.

Pros - Excellent neighborhood location in Fishtown. Walking distance to multiple Michelin restaurants and Le Colombe coffee. Full apartment. Cons - Street parking very limited in evenings. Keypad entry codes for street and unit buried in email. Weekend/late night street noise notable (earplugs provided on nightstand though!). Overall - Great value; not recommended for anyone needing on-site parking/assistance or desiring hotel-like conveniences.

The place was as advertised. Of note, this is not set up like a typical hotel with a lobby and front desk, but that wasn’t a problem. The parking was problematic the weekend we came, likely due to March madness and a huge volleyball tournament. There is no parking lot for the hotel and street larking is tough to find a space that you can stay parked for long enough to leave your car. There was also not a pay lot nearby that allowed overnight parking. Room is as spacious, clean, and very nice.

Stay cozy definitely lived up to its name. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Parking was an issue but I guess that’s city life. I loved it!

Overall, this was a great rental. Most of my issues were upfront, but the staff was very helpful getting things resolved. The unit was very clean. There was some noise from outside, but this was to be expected. The beds were comfortable. My suggestions would be to have a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and a small TV for the master bedroom.

Most Everything was great, large very clean condo, lovely, just like pics, only issue was loud party base music thumping til 3 am sat nite and most of Sunday nite above me. But, otherwise, very nice spot, very clean well equipped place. Comfy bed, walk to lots bars, restaurants. I was there for almost a week, I would stay again. Other than the partying…and it was spring break….it was really good place to land for my trip. Setting up son at Temple, pretty close to temple, 5 min. Uber, safe comfy, clean place to stay.
