The lobby was much smaller and simpler than expected. Everything else was fine. It's right opposite City Hall, so the location is superb.

The hotel facilities are decent, but the location is excellent. You can walk to several attractions (City Hall, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, etc.), and public transportation is also very convenient. The biggest surprise is that it's only a seven-minute walk to Reading Terminal Market, which has a fantastic variety of food options perfect for all three meals. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just a three-minute walk away for drinks.

The room wasn't small, which was acceptable for the price. The location was also good, right next to the city hall. The only downside was that the bed had a hole and was dirty, which was a minus. The breakfast was à la carte and not very varied.

The Philadelphia Notary Hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right in the city center, making it convenient for all sorts of people. The building is distinctive, the rooms are of moderate size, clean and tidy, and the staff provides excellent service.

Room service was good, and the room was very clean. There are quite a few homeless people around downtown, so it's best to go back to the hotel early!

The location is excellent, in the city center. It's quiet. The room size is average, with a decent design. Marriott members receive a complimentary breakfast; it's not a buffet, not extensive but filling. I would recommend it.

The hotel exterior is old, but the rooms are new. Overall, it offers good value for money.
