Phillip Island Apartments

Good location, near everything, and clean room, but near no service.

This is a really lovely apartment. So close to the shops, all of Cowes attractions and the beautiful beach. Very spacious and a great balcony, pool and spa. Unfortunately we had a leak in the toilet but I am going to email management. One flight of stairs to the second level where our apartment was. Very impressed and would stay again. A few more toilet rolls would have been nice and a few packets of washing powered rather than the one but the supermarkets are five minutes away.

We love Phillip Island Apartments and has been our go to place to stay over 3 years while on Phillip Island, we preferred the ground floor apartment 27, over the years it started to look worn out to our surprise the kitchen and 2 bathrooms have been updated to a good finish the rest of the furnishings remained the same however still comfortable. However, we did not appreciate the possums running around the ceiling and making noises between the floors all night keeping everyone awake, it was stressful and upset the young children, when we advised the reception staff, while they smiled, they advised this was common for the apartments and left us with the impression there was no intension to rectify the problem. This was the first bad experience we have had with PIA and will not be a returning tenant

A spontaneous girls weekend away &a gut instinct to book here paid off. From the moment we checked in with Chris, who was welcoming, friendly & had such a warm personality we loved our stay. Definitely a home away from home! Our room on the 1st floor of the 3rd lobby was perfect! It was clean & spacious. With 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people a good sized kitchen, meals area with a combined tv/lounge space, you don’t feel cramped in. Our deck looked over a little garden . The pool & hot-tub was perfect even if the weather wasn’t overly hot. The beds made for a wonderful nights sleep… something about crisp white hotel bed sheets. The apartment has washing/drying machine, a shower/bathtub, toilet and a second shower. I will definitely be booking here again! I only have one suggestion… a small coffee machine would be heaven in the kitchen ☺️ Thank you Chris & Tony

The apartment is within 10 mins drive to the twelve Apostles which is very convenient. It is very near Cowes town where there is takeaways/ restaurants and supermarkets as well. Cowes beach is also nearby. The apartment facilities are clean and new. However, we are on Apartment 6 which means we need to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there’s no lift. Also, there is only one air conditioner in the dining area and it can be rather cold at night in the rooms.

Large, clean, comfortable, well equipped, 2 bedroom apartment with excellent sound proofing so we weren’t disturbed by outside noise and more importantly didn’t need to worry about our kids waking others. Professional, considerate staff. Terrific location close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great things: - friendly, helpful and efficient staff - very clean and spacious apartment - great kitchen good for cooking - heat lamps at the bathrooms - value for money Not great things (but still good) - water pressure of the shower was not too stable. A bit clumsy in maintaining a good temperature for a warm shower.

Nice place with lovely view of the ocean. Friendly, courteous staff. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay and will use again.
