Magnificent building. They can speak every language. Very accommodating. Great view of the Mekong Delta and whole city. Paul Sophel at the front desk was very informative and charismatic. Felt like a 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel, staff, breakfast, location and do not let me start on the rooftop pool. Just amazing, will definitely come back to this hotel when I am back in Phnom Penh.
