Information flow poorly managed. I believe they weren’t even aware of my booking, I made the booking a week in advance though. It’s self check-in service. Unfortunately I haven’t not received any check-in details in advance. They don’t have a reception desk based at the condo, so I made a few phone calls, but no one pick up. Luckily the condo information desk team was there to pass through my booking information to them. I have waited quite sometimes. Then I was assigned to a random room which had not been cleaned yet. So I complained and they moved me to another room immediately. Overall it’s inconvenient with the check-in service. But the room and facilities are quite acceptable. Although the room looks new, one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Also, I don’t like the smell of the refresher stuff in the room.
