Decent hotel for the price. Not in the nicest area though. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool was shut. My room had an adjoining door to another room and I think that reduced the soundproofness as I could hear a lot from that room.

When the rooftop pools and lounge area is reopened, facilities will be a 5/5. As it is now, rooms should be half price. Breakfast is mediocre... better to not get a room with breakfast, as there are plenty of places to go outside the hotel. I give Service a 3/5, because of management, not staff... staff is very good. I say that about management because of a couple things: 1- I scheduled here a little over a week ago, but nothing was said about the rooftop being closed until I received my "are you ready to check-in" message. 2- I needed a hotel at about 1am (the hotel I was staying, Okay Boutique, decided to use a bug-bomb/fogger in the middle of the night, filling the entire hotel full of thick, bug poison), and I was charged $9 more for 11 hours than I would've been for an entire days stay the following day. It's a good stay, not a great one... it's a bit overpriced.

It is in the heart of all the clubs and restaurants. Older hotel and only has a bathtub not a shower. The bathroom is old. But the location is great walking distance to everything.

The hotel located very near to riverside, easy access to nearby attraction by walking.
The room slightly old but well maintained and its clean.
Roof top restaurant can see the night sunrise view and the buffet breakfast are superb, almost everyday have different dishes.
Ground floor has gym and pool, and staff are super friendly

Great hotel with excellent service! The staff was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained, with clean rooms and comfortable amenities. The food was a pleasant surprise—both the local and international options were delicious, with generous portions. I especially enjoyed the relaxing vibe around the pool area. Overall, it’s a place I would highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and quality service. Looking forward to coming back soon!
