The overall feeling is very bad
1. The cleanliness after entering the room was poor. There were obvious residues of straws and cigarette butts. There was a thick layer of obvious dust on the floor. A few cockroaches also came out from time to time, which was quite an exaggerated hygiene.
2. Asked to clean again, at least mop the floor and sweep away the garbage, but was told that the cleaning staff was too busy and had to wait the next day.
3. The water connection point of the washing machine was rusted and broken and I asked to replace it, but I was told that the worker would not be able to change the room until he went to work the next afternoon.
4. The kitchen faucet cannot be turned off tightly and keeps ticking all day long.
5. The hot water pressure in the bathroom is obviously insufficient, and only cold water can come out.
6. The number of ants on the bed is exaggerated, and there are many bites on the body, causing redness, swelling and itching early on.
7. This is the most exaggerated. There is no phone in the room. I called the customer service number but no one answered it.
The photos are attached below because I cannot upload videos. I hope everyone knows that although the space is large and comfortable, the check-in experience is quite bad. Do not choose to stay because of discounts and cheapness, unless you can accept the above conditions.

It is an apartment with one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a balcony.
View of the balcony is superb from the 15th floor.
Living room is equipped with a TV but does not work!!!
The kitchen has a fridge, sink and hob but there are no pots or plates.
Otherwise the apartment is well located in a quiet area on Koh Pich.
