The staff were all very kind and helpful, so I was very satisfied. It's only natural that the staff would provide good service at Sofitel! The only negative point was the strong smell of cigarettes (cigars?) that permeated the lobby. The smell was so strong that it made families with children run past it, and it reached the elevator at the back. Also, the room was clean and well-maintained, but I saw a lot of small insects, so I thought pest control might be necessary.

It's a very good experience. The beach is very beautiful and it's not far from the pier. You can take a tutu car or ask for a taxi from a Chinese restaurant on the pier. This experience is great.
