The hotel was conveniently located near famous tourist attractions and downtown.
The room was spacious and had a balcony where I could smoke.
The staff was also very nice.
However, there was one day when a small child who looked like a street child was hanging around all the time on the floor where I stayed.
Also, the door to the room across from mine was open all the time, and I often saw a tattooed, gruff-looking person smoking in the room.
I don't know if he was a guest or an employee of the hotel, but I spent 3 nights there feeling unsafe.

This hotel stay was the best! From the entrance you can tell is a nice choice, where you are received by the staff with a cold and scented towel to freshen up upon arrival and a cup of cold and sweet water (maybe lemonade?). Really tasty. Rooms are spacious and clean, amenities are good, location is GREAT, and the view from the rooftop pool is also amazing! Will be staying here for sure when back to Cambodia. Food is also really good and with a nice price.

Great location and the rest I would say okay but would not stay here again. Very poor and outdated. Staff is doing their best to provide good service but I think the place needs new management . Swimming pool water was like vinegar.

Bo and K at the front desk were very friendly and incredibly accommodating. They helped us with airport pick up, organizing tours, and setting up buses to other cities. The breakfast area and the pool were lovely. Would stay again.

Our room's door lock has a problem with it, it took them couple of times to solve it but unable to, luckily they provide me with extra key to use in replacement - the staffs was very helpful and even provide what I've requested, thank you so much for it 💜

Good value, good location and the room are very very huge.
The building is just behind the Royal palace and Museum. It is very artistic antique decoration.
The room had Balcony and many windows.
Fresh breeze from the river is phenomenal and I open the door open to have fresh breeze..
Nice view from room and rooftop swimming pool and bar is excellent.. I been to other rooftop bar near there but Okay Boutique is the best..
I will definitely come back. In that area most of hotel room are very small.

A good value hotel which is spectacularly mostly wooden with amazing wood carved walls and cornices. Nice rooftop pool and bar area. Breakfast wasn’t the best but was ok. My wife found a small piece of metal pot scrubber in her noodle soup one morning which wasn’t too good. They didn’t seem to care too much.

We arrived to a very hot room so went out for 3 hours to give the air con a chance to cool the room but returned to a warm room. Asked to change rooms to be left waiting whilst the maintenance guy regarded it only to find out an hour later that it still wouldn’t work and so they finally decided to change our room. By then we were very tired and hot. No decent tv channels and didn’t won’t our room made up but they did anyway and we came back after a day out to a hot room as they had turned the air con off. The pool area was ok .
