Location near to Naga ****** hotel, breakfast variety choose, need to improve is gym without towel and water.

Great Exprience at HM Grand Hotel everytime I go. Even thought I wasn't able to check-in early as previous times, I received the 30 mins FREE massage and I nice gift from Trip,a FREE cocktail!! 😊 The new policy of 50USD deposit can be inconvenient if you don't have the cash immediately and if you pay by card. It will be back to your account only 7-10 days later. 🤔 It might be inconvenient for short period travellers. Besides that overall good staff and good amenities.

Gym was without air conditioning and everything feels abit damp and sticky. Room was clean but the concierge at night was giving a lot of problem

Good location. Very clean. Quiet hotel. I got 30 min massage for free , it was great. They serve good cocktails on the food too bar.

It’s a nice and clean hotel with a good location. The breakfast was good, but the swimming pools opens at 10am, a little bit late.
