Pas vraiment au centre de la ville. Maintenant assez tranquille. Dommage chambre un peu bruyante cause climatisation. Le petit déjeuner rien de super et pas toujours approvisionné! Jolie piscine au 12e , personnels sympathiques , un seul ascenseur de disponible!

My first time for this hotel The area is so convenient for me Bkk1 behind Temple restaurant that open 24 hour the price is cheap if compared with another hotel for the room size Staff was nice friendly I mind recommend my friend for next time 👍 โลเคชั่นคือสะดวกสบายไปไหนง่ายคะ แถว Bkk1 ราคาน่ารัก ขนาดห้องกว้าง ชอบตรงมีอ่างอาบน้ำ ในราคานี้ คือดีต่อใจมาก ไง้ไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Not sure why this hotel is a 4 star hotel especially after travelling throughout Vietnam for 10 days staying at other 4 star hotels that seem to go out of their way to welcome you. Our bed was as hard as rocks would have been better off sleeping on the pool lounge. It would appear that the mattress was upside down , for whatever reason we were trying to guess why, and when I tried to explain this to the young lady at reception she had no idea what I was saying and thought I was talking about the air conditioner. It wasn’t until I complained to our travel agent that we got a response from the hotel , who offered us to upgrade our room, which I think we should have had in the first place as it was a lot nicer than our original room. The bed was slightly more comfortable, and when we said that the old mattress was hard all we got was a shrug. Also the door in our original room to the outside air conditioning unit looked like anyone could have accessed our room from the outside, even though it was locked, I could the sun shining through. The pool area looked like it needed a renovation with one of the pool lounges being supported by a table. My son leant on the glass pool fence on the 12th floor and it moved significantly. Breakfast was ordinary and had to seek some out to order eggs. This would have been our worst hotel on our trip.

Chambre spacieuse, un peu rustique mais tout y est. Au petit déjeuner, il manque du bacon et du vrai jus de fruits. Principal défaut, 1 seul ascenseur. Cela bouchonne dans les étages. Le plus une petite piscine au 12 étage. Situé en centre ville donc près de toutes commodités.

Reasonable price, great value for money, safe environment, swimming pool, gym, bar and restaurant, all these made me not want to leave the hotel, especially the service by the pool.

Clean and friendly

This was the worst experience by far on our SE Asia travels. The hotel bar, restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee place, shop, all closed and never reopened after Covid. The website is very slick and shows great photos with them all open On arrival, no help with bags; the guys just stood and watched us carry them up the stairs from the roadside The hotel, although modern and clean is poorly run. We had no hot water both nights and mornings we stayed as it seems to run out during the day, no none in morning or at night The TV reception is awful We couldn’t get the room cool enough despite the air con being set at 17 degs, so very difficult to sleep Breakfast was adequate The location is excellent Overall, very disappointing and we definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Nous avons d’abord passé 2 nuits, avant de partir ailleurs et nous sommes revenus pour notre dernière nuit dans la capitale (c’était déjà payé). Nos 1eres chambres étaient acceptables contrairement à notre dernière nuit. Chambres pas super propres (cheveux dans la douche, poussières etc). Nous étions au 4ème étage, nous avons été réveillé très tôt car le restaurant du déjeuner se trouvait juste en dessous de nous (on entend le bruit des chaises etc). L’air conditionné fait tellement de bruit qu’il faut l’éteindre la nuit. Nous entendons également tout le bruit de la circulation. Que dire du petit déjeuner… peu varié et tout est industriel, rien n’est vraiment très bon. Tout est fermé (coin café, Sky bar, petit magasin). Personnel peu avenant. Par contre il est assez bien situé, proche de tout.

Chambre N° 116 parfaite, au calme et propre. Personnel du lobby à l'écoute. Très agréable. Veilleur de nuit hyper accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Il ne sait pas quoi faire pour faire plaisir. J'ai longuement parlé avec lui le soir.

If you have a heavy suitcase or a lot of luggage It's hard the room is big Separate shower and bathtub A small amount of shampoo does not lather Please think that it is almost unusable PET bottled water was placed

No AC, had to call reception twice and then slept in the lobby the time for them to get me another room (it took more than 3hours!!! ). By the way the lobby chairs are much more comfortable than the wooden hard mattresses in the rooms. No apology from the staff, no refund. Worst experience in Phnom Penh

I would have given this hotel a 5* rating but be of the reasons we booked it was for the pool and sky bar; the sky bar advertised isn’t open and the pool doesn’t have towels or a bar. Also the coffee corner in reception is closed so we had to eat and drink elsewhere and spent little time there. It’s a shame because the staff were lovely from the receptionist to the cleaners. This has a more traditional interior which I like a lot and although Covid has obviously had an effect on their facilities, the place is clean and looked after. There is a really good view of Phnom Penh from the pool, worth a look when it’s all lit up. The location is great too. Bassac lane is within walking distance and it’s pretty much central to most attractions.

Just ok—a very basic, serviceable hotel. The breakfast was edible and did the job but was not delicious. To be honest, the best part about this hotel is the location.
