Good hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel will help you with transportation to and from the airport. Gym has a nice little free weight area. No cardio machines. Staff kept the room clean for the few days. Hotel located in a decent area.

Hotel is pretty clean, room is spacious, staff is very friendly. It is about a few minutes walk from central market.
Hotel offers late check-out, very convenient if your flight is in late afternoon. They also offer complimentary night snack (noodle soup).

The TV channels selection was a total disappointment. All were Chinese channels- literally no other language TV channels. So had the TV off most of the time

We stayed here because of the late checkout and airport shuttle. The hotel is clean. Service is good. It’s in a central location. The breakfast selection has a lot of Chinese options. No omelette station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are headed to the airport. Unfortunately, during breakfast several of the guests chose to turn and stare at us while we tried to have breakfast, and the Sky bar was closed. I’m undecided if I would return for a stay unless headed to the airport.

Clean enough! It’s on main road, so you can hear some traffic noise. They provide free food from 9pm to 11:45pm, dumplings soup or beef noodle soup, quite good.

Customer service was outstanding! The staff were always helplful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean, but no view. The room viewed out to a brick wall. Overall, it was comfortable stay.
