Excellent place to stay, had an amazing time, staff and management couldn’t be faulted, made me feel right at home and nothing was ever too much trouble. Very friendly, casual bar with great atmosphere. Would stay there without doubt and will be always be my first point of call in Phnom Penh

The elevator was broken and there were stairs to get to the room on the 4th floor.
The room smelled of mold, the air conditioner didn't work very well, the TV didn't look good, and the safe didn't work.
The only amenities are soap and bath soap, and there are no toothbrushes or hair dryers.
It's located on the main street of the bar district, so you won't have any trouble finding bars or restaurants.
It might be good if you just stay to drink until late and sleep.
The staff didn't have a smile on their faces and I probably won't be staying there again.
