The people were good but the room had problems. Light switch next to door was inoperative. A couple of light fixtures could not be turned on. Key card stopped working overnight. Water spigot on ice machine did not work.

Shower head could not be adjusted to a normal height. Found long brown hairs in the bedding.

AC didn't work properly. Had it set to the coldest setting and it never got lower than 77 degrees in the room.
Cigarette smell was overwhelming and cig burn marks were evident in 2-3 places. A dump.
