Amazing Stay! Housekeeper Jacob is super nice. Clean room and fair enough breakfast included. Good coffee. Highly recommended if you’re gonna stay in this neighborhood in Phoenix.

it was just ok
the room service needs to be better there's no " please clean my room" card outside the hotel room
makes it super easy to miss the room cleaning if i woke up a bit later
food was bad, the egg is one of the worse
facility was just ok
the gym clearly needs an update, those bike doesnt really work
would be better if you can include a weight machine, or a least a cable
there's a new bike machine, which looks good, but it doesnt even power on

i didnt realize it was void of room service . i was looking forward to that but DoorDash was available. Im a janitorial professional and saw some dust that normal guests woulnt have noticed. i took a wash cloth and dealt with it :)))

Amazing Hotel
Great hotel. New and very clean. Very nice and quiet . Food stores around. Price was very reasonable . Highly recommend for luxury, vacation or business trip.

Got a dirty room when we checked in got our room upgraded due to no more rooms with 2 beds, then the room we got upgraded, one in the room the shower didn’t work we waited around an hour to get the issue situated, once that was fixed we had no issues
