Centara Ayutthaya

An excellent and enjoyable stay at Centara Ayutthaya. The hotel is perfectly located right beside Central Ayutthaya Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining. Traveling by car, it was easy to find and very convenient to get around, with smooth access to the main historical attractions of Ayutthaya. The hotel itself is comfortable, modern, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety and quality that made mornings pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ayutthaya.

I had a wonderful stay! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything about the stay was amazing — from the comfort to the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcomed throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

The room is big and cozy. I very like the windows sofa area. The view is also good. Haven’t tried foods but looks interesting.

Centara Ayutthaya is a very clean hotel. Accessible to most of the tourist attraction. The best part is it’s attached to a mall so you dont really need to go far to buy most of the stuffs that you need.

I was impressed with the reception service. The overall experience did not reflect a genuine willingness to assist guests. When I arrived in the room, there was a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. I immediately informed the reception and requested a room change. Instead of offering a prompt solution, I was told that the service team would first come to assess the issue and that I would need to wait until it was resolved. After a long trip, I was extremely tired and simply wanted to rest. Waiting for maintenance to investigate the problem was not an acceptable option. I therefore insisted on being moved to a new room and the staff kept asking if I really want to move. The initial response from the reception was quite underwhelming and did not meet the level of service I expected.

The room was comfort, clean and feel like home The breakfast served by hotel with varieties and delicious.
