Excellent host, always trying to make sure everything was right for our stay. Room was very clean with both A/c and a fan. Beds comfortable. Even had an area we could sit out in the balcony. Location is ok, plenty of places to eat and drink and of course not far to walk to the ruins. We didn't use the bikes so can't say anything on that. We joined an evening boat tour to see 3 temples which was good, you get a tuk tuk there and back but need to pay additional to get into each place. Would recommend you to stay here.

The location is convenient; we walked to the churches, even those on the opposite bank (30 minutes from the train station). Someone wrote that breakfast used to be minimal, but now it's gone. The hostess is nice. The downside is a lot of mosquitoes, but there's a fly swatter in the room. The walls could use some cosmetic repairs. The beds are comfortable.

I stayed at this place for three consecutive nights. The location is convenient, very close to the night market, Wat Mahathat, and the park—all within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough, with a small balcony for drying clothes. The owner and staff were very friendly and even helped me call a tuk-tuk. Overall, this was the most satisfying place I stayed in Ayutthaya.

The location is near a famous temple, just a short drive away. 6. Lots of food nearby. 7. Parking is available on the roadside in front of the house, but the owners have reserved traffic cones for you. 10/10
