Ok stay, lobby looks better than the rooms that are somewhat shabby, and little unclean... But place is good for exploring the town

A bit old hotel but all in good working condition nevertheless for this price acceptable. For supermarket it's just a grab away 2 km convenient though cheers...

The hotel is a bit old, rooms are oK, but there is a pub on the first floor starting at 12:00 night time, with very very loud music, we could not sleep,

The center of Phrae with big accommodation. Hope the all rooms would be renovated soon.

The hotel has been built for a long time. The rooms are very spacious and have balconies. There are many spots of gecko poop on the floor in the room. I told the housekeeper and he came to clean it. The price is not expensive. You can sleep there. It's not scary.

The hotel is quiet, the parking area is spacious, the reception staff provides good service, I will stay again if I have a chance.

Completely adequate hotel. Enough parking spaces and very friendly staff. There is a gym in the hotel for 40 baht per day. -A socket by the kettle would have been good. We had to boil water on the bedside table. But that works too 😉

The shower was broken and not replaced. The customer asked to change rooms and was told there was another floor but it wasn't at this price. Just the shower was broken and it was changed before the customer could check in or check the condition. So I had to buy a bowl for 20 baht to turn on the shower water.
