I have no complaint for service and location.Actually the service is good . The only minus point is the limited verity of food for breakfast.

I drove to this accommodation, passed through the gate, parked my car in the parking lot, and waited for the electric cart, but there was no sign of anyone coming to pick me up. I walked uphill for about 5 minutes from the parking lot to the front desk, soaking wet, in a heavy downpour. I finally arrived at the front desk and immediately complained about the poor coordination of the service.
The parking lot had no lighting, so it was pitch black at night, making it inconvenient to load and unload luggage. The amenities provided in the villa were not provided for the second night.
The floors in the rooms were not cleaned properly.
Although it had a pool, there was no lighting in the pool at night.
The view was good, but the service was very bad.
There was only one convenience store around the accommodation, about 5 minutes by car away.
There were no fast food restaurants, only a few local Vietnamese restaurants.
It was quite far from Da Nang city and the airport, and the shortest route would require using the toll road, so there was no delivery service available.

The hotel is new, clean, quite nice. The interior is economical but also worth the price.
Check-in was late but the staff served well.
The welcome drink was delicious, the staff forgot to bring the welcome drink to the guests even though they saw us when they brought the water to others.
The swimming pool was warm and clean. The hotel's private beach had quite big waves, making it difficult to swim.
I ordered mineral water to my room at 22:00. The villa did not have a doorbell, when the staff knocked on the door, no one heard them, they opened the door, entered the villa and knocked on my bedroom door at 22:00 at night. I felt this was not private and unsafe.

We were looking for a place to stay near a beach outside Da Nang. The beach is beautiful (although many areas are now used as rubbish tips) but the whole area of Langco is not worth visiting. All the beachside hotels are either closed or run down. The whole area collapsed after Corona and no one stays here anymore apart from day trippers on way from Da Nang to Hue. The actual hotel is well built but totally soleless. For example: The same song is pumped out of the speakers non stop all day long. We would not recommend staying here it’s a ghost town and there are many other areas that are much nicer.

Lang co bay retreat is a a wonderful resort. I can’t rate it high enough.Staff and facilities are excellent and a wonderful location with lots of local food nearby.
If you are wanting to escape hustle and bustle this is the place. We stayed 10 nights and it was magic. Treated like VIPs which made our time there even more special.

There is no words to describe the treatment that I had there first off the property was paradise. The staff there is like no other. Loved the whole experience. They make you feel like royalty.
