Luxe Nan Home

During the New Year holidays, I traveled from Chiang Mai to northern Thailand, and finally visited Nan, where I stayed for about 5 days, the longest period of my stay. The place where I stayed was in a quiet, small village about 5km away from the center of Nan, about 12 to 13 minutes by car. The village had a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of the countryside in Japan, and was a very relaxing place. During my stay, I used GRAB to travel between the inn and the center of Nan by taxi. If you want to go out to the suburbs, you can rent a motorbike at the inn, so you won't have any trouble getting around. The inn has been open for two years, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with high ceilings. I stayed in a room that can accommodate two people, but I stayed alone. It was the New Year holidays, so the price was higher, but I'm glad I chose it. I was able to enjoy the natural scenery from the balcony. In the morning, wake up to the sound of the chickens crowing next door. For breakfast, you can enjoy Thai home cooking. In Japan, it would be like a mother's cooking. We ate dinner outside or bought some food, but GRAB is also available. Please note that there are only small shops around, so do your shopping in the city center. Beer can be purchased at the inn and the shop. This accommodation is recommended for foreigners who can plan and act on their own. If you have any problems during your stay, you can talk to the manager's auntie who lives next door and she will give you various advice and preparations. Also, if you connect with the owner (the manager's daughter) in Phuket on LINE, she will respond in Japanese, so you can solve various problems. Nan is a very wonderful area. I recommend staying for 4-5 days. Enjoy your trip with this inn as your base. If you are heading to Nan, it is better to enter Nan Airport directly. I had a ticket to Bangkok from Chiang Mai, but I invalidated it and flew to Bangkok from Nan Airport.
