We absolutely loved our stay at Seashells stunning hotel - lovely friendly staff especially Trang NGO at reception- beds super comfortable- breakfast was excellent- everything was just perfect- Pool was fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can’t wait to come back again We left our charger in the room and Trang Ngo posted it to our next Hotel in HCMC. 🙏 such excellent service They Upgraded our room on the 1st night 🙏

Great stay with excellent service! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently near the beach and night market. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Facilities are great — the spa and pool were highlights. Food was tasty with a good variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip to Phu Quoc!

Do not meet 5 stars at all! Only if you think location matters! Chaotic & there is a Fruit plate at the entrance on the floor upon check-in. The driver to the pearl museum doesn’t show a hospitality & bad attitude in the end eventho I tip! Tried to communicate to reception in English while requesting a shaving kit but they said they do not understand and out of stock.

Pros: There is bellman service available to help us take care of our luggages when we arrived before check-in time, so we could go for lunch without our heavy baggages. Even though we rejected the enthusiastic bellman who offer to bring our luggages to our rooms, as we were not used to it, he continued to serve us graciously when we were lost (since the room numbers all starts with 1 followed by the storey). Located next to the sea with a shallow beach, Seashells is a prime location for beach swimming and kayaking. Safety signs were in placed and blow dryers were installed to prevent slipping at the ground floor. Restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Cons: We didn't receive a welcome drink that was supposed to be part of the hotel's check-in experience. The check-in timing is 3pm, unlike most other hotels that offers early check-in, this hotel doesn't. Generally, Seashells is a great stay and deserves its 5 stars rating for its location, cleanliness and facilities. Safety is a bonus point, given that lift access requires a room card. Although we did not have the opportunity to experience the sauna and steam bath, there were many options in the vicinity.

We booked the ocean suite 2 bedrooms. It was really spacious with good seaview amd both toilets come with bathtubs. Location is centralized and easy to travel to north or south part of Phu Quoc. The beach is just in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

We booked this hotel mainly for its location—about 30 minutes from the airport, and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and massage places. The hotel service was excellent. The reception staff and bellboy were very friendly and could understand basic English, which made communication easy. Our room package included a free daily body massage, along with vouchers for a nearby restaurant. The massage was really good, and it also came with a free steam bath, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was included as well. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and I noticed the menu changed every day, which kept it interesting. They also provided a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which made the whole stay very convenient.
