ZAO Hotel Firework & Sea View

The hotel's proximity to the cable car station and its new, clean facilities were a big plus. We chose a room with a firework view, and from the balcony, we had a good view of both the sea and the fireworks, though the building in front was a bit of an obstruction. We were on the 3rd floor, but perhaps a 4th-floor room would have offered an even better view. The room itself was very functional, featuring a separate closet, a bathtub, and a balcony. There was a Japanese-style bidet in the toilet, but it seemed to be broken as no water came out. The front desk staff provided only the most basic information. Be aware that if you leave your luggage, it's just left in the lobby. Breakfast is at the nearby Venice Cafe, which requires a walk. The service at the cafe was a bit hit-or-miss. You can choose a main noodle dish, but we were shown a handwritten note, and perhaps our ordering was unclear, but for a family of three, we ended up with two noodle dishes and one omelet, which was quite funny.

Irkutsk was here! 😎 Excellent hotel!!! We stayed as a family and everything was great, clean. The hotel itself is new, and the smell inside is amazing. In the evening, we had a window view of the show and fireworks 🎆. I definitely recommend it!!! The location is simply excellent, everything you need is just a stone's throw away!!!

Absolutely unbeatable fireworks views! We comfortably enjoyed the show right from our room, saving us the ticket price! Plus, the location is fantastic – close to both the cross-sea cable car station and the night market!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Sunset Town, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, and getting around. The room is spacious, and the bathroom layout is very practical. There's even a small balcony, perfect for enjoying the nightly fireworks show up close – it was absolutely amazing! The housekeeping staff were also very warm and attentive. Breakfast was at a different restaurant, and the food selection was incredibly rich. I forgot to take photos, but the room was really clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

The best decision I made on this Phu Quoc trip was staying at this hotel. From the first day, the warm and welcoming free airport transfer driver, to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to help with booking tickets, arranging photo shoots, and more – they accommodated every request. I have to say, the hotel's location for watching fireworks was simply perfect; you can just sit on your balcony and enjoy the show. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the hotel on my phone, but everything I've said above is absolutely true.

We were on the 4th floor, in a corner room, with an amazing view of the show and fireworks, the sea, and an incredible sunset! Room: The room was spacious with modern renovations and quality furniture. Everything was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was daily and thorough. Service: The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help at any time of day. Issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Breakfast: Breakfasts were delicious, varied, and substantial.
