Not really 5 star service overall. Not sure if the face scanning is allowed to use. Buffet is somewhat acceptable. But very good sea location with lots of fish and sea animals. Beach itself is not big enough to relax, too few sunshades and benches.

We went to 3-4 hotels in Phu Quoc and this one was by far the best one, in terms of views, service, pool, sauna and activities! We had the chance to be able to join the yoga class in the morning as well. Very nice and relaxing!

It was a great stay! Pool is great and has a private beach. Breakfast was good too, and airport transportation was great.
