I've been here a few days and stayed at three hotels. The Hilton was convenient, the Crowne Plaza was in the north, but this Pullman had the most comfortable service. Even though they're all built in remote areas, this hotel offers a free shuttle to places with supermarkets and restaurants. Check-in is at 3 PM. We had executive lounge access. You can choose to dine on the 1st or 9th floor, though most dining is on the 1st floor. The main thing is I sprained my ankle, and it swelled up. We wanted to buy ointment at night, but their nurse was off duty. However, they took us out to buy it! That was incredibly helpful, especially since there was a language barrier. The front desk really went out of their way to help us, even late at night. The service was absolutely excellent.

We chose Pullman for its convenient location near the airport and its excellent facilities. We stayed for four nights and truly enjoyed the private beach and swimming pool. The restaurant offers a wide range of cuisines with great food choices. Most of the staff were warm and friendly; however, our experience with one female staff member during the connectivity hour was disappointing, as she served us with a condescending attitude. This was the only negative experience during an otherwise very pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable with great facilities. We had direct access to the pool from our patio doors. The beach sand was incredibly fine, and we saw lots of fish and crabs. Both the buffet and dinner at the restaurant were good. The seafood set menu was a bit pricey, comparable to what you'd pay in China, but the taste was definitely worth it. The service was truly excellent; since we were staying for multiple nights, they had our room cleaned up during breakfast. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having traveled to Thailand and Malaysia, this is honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed. I'll definitely be back!

Staff are great and we have had a fantastic experience, great free bus into the town that is useful for gpjng out for dinner. The beach bar happy hour could stay before sundown and the food could be improved there though, breakfast was great though

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, and it's also convenient for getting to Yangdong Town. There were tour groups, so the breakfast buffet was quite noisy in the morning. I had the pho for dinner, but it clearly wasn't as good as the one at the Regent next door!
