So so place and fits needs but not exactly an inspiring good place to relax

Nice staff

Quite good for this type of hotel. Beautiful view, clean linen, helpful staff. There are all the accessories such as toothbrushes and a disposable razor. The bus stop is close. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea is tasty and inexpensive. The only thing is that the windows should be washed better, and in a strong wind something creaks. But we spent our 4 nights in this hotel with pleasure.

It's not far from the airport, so it wasn't inconvenient to go back to the hotel late at night. King Kong Mart was also easy to get to with Grab. However, it's not completely clean.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is a scam. I would rate zero if I could. They cancelled our booking the night before we arrived and cannot begin to tell you the stress it caused us when we arrived on the island with nowhere to go. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The hotel is located around 15 to 20 mins from Airport by car. It is around 10 to 15mins walk from Night Market. It is not on the main street and 1-2mins walk only. Many shops on the main street. The shuttle bus stop to Safari, Vinwonders and Grand World is just at the junction (Hiep Thoai Hotel stop), which is 1 to 2 mins walk only. The room is big enough and with sea view. Hotel Wifi is fast. Breakfast is included, mostly simple local Vietnam dishes. The breakfast is at 8th floor, with good sea view while eating. Check in and check out is fast also. Staff are friendly. Easy to call Grab car also. Only small thing is, not enough place to hang clothes in the room. The open cupboard is too small for 2 people. Can add some hangers on the wall as the room still spacious.

I booked my room 3 months in advance on ***********. A week prior, I confirmed that there would be no changes, but the next day the hotel messaged me saying that due to a system error, my room was unavailable and asked me to cancel. Because it was peak tourist season a week before, I couldn't find another room at the same price and in a suitable location. I called for assistance but received no help. Very disappointing.
