The room was a bit small, but there was enough space for luggage. The balcony and pool were both very large and excellent. The front desk staff were also great and very polite. The hygiene was good, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water was reliable. The breakfast selection was good. They even provided tickets for the airport shuttle, although the shuttle stop isn't directly at the hotel; you have to walk to the station within Phu Quoc Grand World to catch it. Overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially since it's right next to Phu Quoc Grand World with its colorful buildings. It's also just a two to four-minute walk to the Venice River.

The family room was essentially a standard room with a connecting door to a double room. The facilities were comparable to a typical hotel in China. The hotel's swimming pool is lovely, and you can catch the Phu Quoc Grand World fireworks from the pool area at 9:55 PM on Saturday nights. It's only about a four-minute walk to the clock tower near Phu Quoc Grand World. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to eat, and it was quite crowded. My child particularly enjoyed the plain Vietnamese pho and the guava juice. The main downside was the incredibly slow check-in process; it took about ten minutes to check in each room.

The location is superb, right on the street next to Phu Quoc Grand World. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and the service is excellent. They even proactively helped us call a driver when calling a Grab at night was too expensive. The kids' playroom is clean and a good size. When we checked out to transfer to another nearby hotel, they even helped us call the other hotel's complimentary shuttle service to pick us up. The pool and gym are decent, nothing extraordinary but perfectly fine. There's a V1 shuttle bus to VinWonders, Vinpearl Safari, and other hotels, but it gets very crowded. Especially on the return trip, you need to plan your time well and expect to wait for two more buses to get on. The hairdryer is not good; you have to keep pressing it for air to come out, which is not ideal for medium to long hair. The staff there are the best.

This hotel is located in the north of Phu Quoc and boasts beautiful French-style architecture that looks stunning when lit up at night. The ambiance is lovely, with fragrant frangipani trees adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The pool is large, clean, and 1.2m deep, open from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Breakfast requires facial recognition for entry and offers a wide variety of food. The pho is especially delicious! It can get a bit crowded, but they do a good job of keeping everything stocked. Vin Bus provides free transportation, which was incredibly convenient. We used it to visit the supermarket in the central area and also for free round-trip transfers to the airport. It made our four-day stay very easy.
