Overall, hotel amenities are good. But, it is a solid 4 star hotel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was really crowded and honestly awful, tasteless and limited options. The hotel was overall very crowded, which made the hotel busy and feel noisy as if you are in bazaar. We felt uncomfortable. Also, it is not really close to the beach. So, honestly, flying from long distance and staying in this hotel does not really worth it.

This hotel is suitable for family with children. It has a pool with water slides. Buffet dining area is huge and no worry to find a space for your meal. Breakfast buffet have a wide spread of different countries cuisine. Locations is near the beach and within walking distance to attractions and eateries. The hotel is a pickup point for free shuttle buses to paces of interest eg Safari and VinWonder Theme park.

We got good deal from trip.com and we enjoyed our 3 night stay a lot. Big swimming pool and the playhouse are the favorite of my 4 year olddaughter.

During my recent stay, I experienced both positives and negatives worth noting. On one morning, my locked room door was unexpectedly opened from the outside, allowing a stranger to briefly enter. This was a serious security failure that made me feel unsafe in what should have been a private space. Guest safety must always be the top priority, and this incident showed a clear weakness in the hotel’s lock system. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the response was disappointing. Staff did not show urgency, offered no apology, and did not suggest a room change or investigation. Instead, they only gave me two complimentary bottles of water. This gesture felt dismissive and inadequate for such a serious matter. The hotel’s policy on drinking water was restrictive. Only two bottles were provided. The morning buffet was good, with a nice variety and quality of food. This was one of the few highlights of the stay.
