Absolutely terrible. For 700 yuan, this place is like a cheap motel you'd find in China for 70 yuan. There's no front desk, and the actual room isn't where it's supposed to be; it's about a hundred meters away. There's no proper entrance, just a fruit tea shop on the ground floor. The elevator is tiny, about one square meter, and the hallway is only a meter wide. The room has a creaky wooden door that uses a physical key. There's no hairdryer, no TV, and the room itself is tiny. We couldn't reach anyone at night; we waited from around 4 PM until 7 AM with a tired child, constantly getting bitten by mosquitoes. I went upstairs many times to find someone, but no one appeared until sunrise, groggily coming out. We checked in after 7 AM and were told to leave before 12 PM. It was a horrible day, and I can't forget this 700 yuan room. I even feel I let my family down. I hope this honest review helps more Chinese travelers. Definitely do not book this place.

Lovely spacious room. View right in front of the river. Friendly host who can speak malay. If you need room to stay with family this is the right place. Quiet mornings and the street noise will die down after 10pm

I really had a good experience staying here. The room was big & clean. The owner & staff were very friendly, kind & helpful. Bonus point is, the lady owner can speak malay which is very impressive for me! Overall i really enjoyed my time staying at the hotel. The hotel is near to many attraction such venice water taxi, teddy bear museum & bamboo building. The hotel also walking distance to Halal Venice Restaurant, so its very convenient for us. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Phu Quoc.

Our stay in Sunset Town was magical, with a beautiful hotel offering stunning sea views and charming Italian-inspired architecture. Don't miss a sunset walk on the famous Kiss Bridge, followed by the spectacular "Kiss of the Sea" show. For food, indulge in fresh grilled seafood on the beach and be sure to try the unique local noodle dish, bún quậy.

Good location & budget hotel, I stay with family, room nice and clean with good out side view. Window is not good. Curtains is sliding one is open can’t close properly..if you choose for price point don’t expect any more then stay 😃 just check the open window and change the room 😊 except the window over all good

Is like a shophouse. Ground floor sells drinks and juices (shop name is Power MIA), upper floors are the rooms. Location itself is great, right in the heart of Grand World although it might be a little hard to find if you rely heavily on google map cause the entire area is not mapped accurately in google maps. Room was great and clean. Our room was at lvl 2, in addition to the in-room batheoom/toilet, there's another toilet outside our room which was actually meant for the cafe customers.

Had an absolutely excellent and memorable stay at in Grand World Phu Quoc! The complimentary airport transfer service was incredibly convenient and greatly appreciated, making arrival and departure seamless. The hotel's prime location is perfect for easily exploring all the attractions within Grand World. Service was consistently top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff.
