Very Disappointing Stay, Poor Service!!! Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the room was not clean at all. The bedsheets were dirty, the towels looked used, and the air conditioner was leaking water. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We requested several times for the bedsheets and towels to be changed, or at least for the room to be cleaned, but the staff completely ignored us. The night worker even yelled at us when we asked for help. For two days we tried to get clean bedsheets, and the only response we got was, “We don’t know, tell the cleaner.” When we asked for a refund, room upgrade, or any type of solution, the front desk kept lying and saying there were no available rooms—yet we checked online and saw rooms open on multiple booking sites. They refused to help and ignored our requests the entire time. We also contacted Trip.com for assistance, but they told us the hotel wouldn’t answer calls or emails. Overall, the service was terrible, and the staff showed no professionalism or willingness to solve problems. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The room was dirty, very smelly ,the furniture looked old and heavily used, and overall the place felt very poorly maintained. The front desk staff made the experience even worse — the girl at the reception was unprofessional, loud, and kept shouting instead of speaking respectfully. It’s clear she has no idea how to deal with customers. For the price, the quality and service are completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your time and money — there are far better options nearby.

the hotel was located in the center of patong, its easy to get to anywhere for food, entertainment, even for beach view. the price of the hotel was cheap but the room was great, this hotel is highly reccomended!

The hotel is situated in a lively shopping district, less than a 5-minute walk from Jungceylon Mall. Our room was spacious and featured a balcony, but the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, and the soundproofing was quite poor. The front desk staff were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile.

After reading different reviews, I booked a room for 1 night. I was happy with all the amenities provided and decided to stay longer in a window-view room. All the provided bad reviews (at least, in my case) are wrong. Mentioned complaints about: - Breakfast - If you need ready-made food, turn left, take 2 steps (or, I assume, make even an order to the room), and 24*7 you can get all kinds of fresh and delicious food (seafood, Asian, European, etc.), or you can turn right - hello, 7/11. - Checkout - The girl I met the next day in the elevator when I was heading to the beach was checking out at 11:55 am - no problem. - Noise - in my case, 5th floor, my room is located at the back of the main door entrance - no noise. - Staff - The staff at the reception is very friendly. Laundry is not available here, but it is manageable (located just to the right, with a standard rate of 50 BHT for 1 kg) - will check later. Beach closeness - 10 mins on foot. So, I would recommend this place as 8 out of 10.

I checked out early at 8.30am, after returning the keys, I realized that I had left my small bag in the room. When I told the staff, she started saying that once you return the keys, you can not go back to the room. It was just a minute when I realized that my luggage was left in the room. V rude staff. Additionally, the room is v stinky and smelly. Did not like the hotel at all. V bad experience I had.

The smell of the pillow, the musty smell of the room, especially if the room has no windows. Smell clearly It smells bad and is difficult to sleep in. The towel is torn and old.

I nice and affordable stay in Phuket. It is very near to beach and patong beach bangala road.

this hotel is very bad.the room is very small.no room service.the online picture & physical picture not same...the worst experience we get.the most terrible things are my mobile phone are stolen by my room.they don’t give any explenation.

That was the bad experience I've ever had I've had several experiences in hotels, but I've never had a worse experience than this one The reason for this is the receptionist ( The skinny girl ) it was just a bad person , the hotel location was good , You might smell a strange odor in the rooms, but what's even worse is the way the receptionist treats you. She truly lacks the most basic respect and is rude. You'd think she's there just to fight with customers. I don't recommend it.
