Yusu Hotel

A small hotel in a quiet location with very responsive and friendly staff. Breakfast is served at the appointed time and delivered to your balcony. The pool is almost always free. Housekeeping is daily, and the mini-bar is restocked with drinks every day. They also provide bonus relaxing masks, travel kits, repellents, and more. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a 3km radius, which is enough to get to the beach. Nearby, there are cafes, a 7-11, and a 24/7 laundry service. The hotel owner is very attentive. We were invited to the Chinese New Year celebration, which included a fire show and fireworks on the beach. Definitely recommend!

The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including disposable filter cartridges, mosquito repellent, steam eye masks, and earplugs. The rooms are spotless, and there's a wide selection for breakfast. They even offer a convenient service where you can order items from 7-Eleven to be delivered. There's free shuttle service within 2.8 kilometers, and airport transfers are available, which is a huge convenience! We stayed over New Year's Day, and the owner organized a New Year's Eve celebration with fireworks. The next morning, they even gave us scratch-off lottery tickets – talk about a festive atmosphere! Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the staff are very attentive. The owner is Chinese, and there's also a Chinese staff member named Xiao Wei, which made communication excellent. The breakfast satisfied my 'Chinese stomach' – it was just my taste. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off within 2.8 km, which is incredibly thoughtful! The hygiene is clean and comfortable. This year, I even had the good fortune to spend Chinese New Year at the hotel. The owner provided a New Year's Eve dinner, dumplings, and midnight beach fireworks, which far exceeded my expectations! I will strongly recommend this place to everyone. It was a very satisfying stay.

This is an excellent hotel near Kata Beach. We really liked the hotel's design and the view from our room. The room had everything we needed and more. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a large menu offering various dishes. They even brought breakfast to our balcony. There was a good TV with phone connectivity, fast Wi-Fi (over 100Mbps). Our room featured a luxurious bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was super soft, and there were three different types of pillows, so you could easily find one that suited you. The owner also provides a free airport transfer, but since we couldn't inform him in advance, he kindly arranged a transfer for us to the pier as we were heading to Krabi afterward. The owner also offers complimentary rides to Kata Beach, as it's quite a walk (20 minutes). The pool is fantastic, with lighting at night. We even had direct access to it from our room. A huge thank you to Ren as well – I forgot some items in my room, but the owner was kind enough to pass them on to my friend since I had already left for Krabi. This isn't my first time in Phuket, but I would definitely return to this hotel again!

I arrived at the hotel on New Year's Eve and had a complimentary New Year's Eve dinner with other hotel guests. The dinner included entertainment and red envelopes (cash gifts). The owner was very generous. It's clear the owner is setting a benchmark for tourism, offering help and advice on food, drinks, and entertainment. The elephant park activity they helped me book was also excellent.

Both rooms I booked this time were great. The rooms were spacious and had direct access to the pool. The owner was very welcoming. The hotel is close to the beach, and there's a popular restaurant right across the street—it's delicious! Very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again next time!
