Room was spacious and clean. Quiet surroundings with a good view. Suitable for patrons who are comfortable with stairs, as well as travelling out for food and amenities.

The staffs were very nice. They also allowed us to check out late with free of charge. The sevice was exceptional as well. I would definitely visit there agian in the future.

The conditions and facilities of the B&B are not up to par. Not recommended. There are good and cheap hotels 200 meters away.

Great views, polite and attentive staff (Donald especially, thank you), great access to the beach and a pool in the room. It’s not right in the center of Phuket which means that it’s a little drive to all restaurants/attractions but, on the plus side, it feels very private.

We have just landed back to the UK after an incredible 14 night stay at X10. This was a very belated (due to Covid scuppering previous plans!) 20th wedding anniversary getaway, and we were absolutely not disappointed! From the moment we walked into room 42 we knew we were going to have an amazing time. The views and sunset every night were truly breathtaking! Sajal and Kung were exceptional.. they advised on places to visit during our first time in Thailand, and organised the booking and travel arrangements so everything was stress free. The whole complex was spotless, and restaurants/mini supermarket was only a short walk away. We were very sad to leave… and will definitely be retiring in the near future. We loved our stay here! It’s small and quiet yet convenient. There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience store, places to get a massage, etc. within a quick walk. We especially loved to seafood restaurant around the bend (Au Yon Seaside Restaurant) and going to the hotel to the right (called My Beach Hotel) for breakfast. Its easy to get a taxi to nearby areas and hotel staff is very friendly. Pool was nice but there are only a few chairs which were often taken. Luckily we had our own small pool on our patio, which was a little outdated but we welcomed the privacy. The beach is beautiful and sunsets here are amazing, but the ocean floor is rocky so i wouldn’t recommend swimming. Be sure not to leave food out on the counters as they will draw ants, it’s in the middle of the forest!

An incredible place, the suites are of very high quality and provide all the comfort necessary to live there for a short or long period! The decoration is elegant and refined, perfectly combining modernity and traditional touches. The view is magnificent, stretching over miles of picturesque landscapes, and the private swimming pool brings an undeniable character to the suites. It's a pleasure to relax there after a busy day. The staff are very helpful and always available, which is really appreciated. They took great care of us, anticipating our needs and answering all our questions with professionalism and great kindness. We had a very pleasant stay, savoring every moment in this dream setting. The peaceful atmosphere, the comfort of the suites and the warm welcome of the staff made our visit a memorable experience. We totally recommend this place, whether you're looking for a luxury getaway or a place to recharge your batteries. You will not be disappointed !
